Skidmore Ordinance 10

As printed in the April 20, 1900 Skidmore Standard:

Village Ordinance.

Section 1 of ordinance ten of the village of Skidmore reads as follows:

That no hogs, cattle, horses, mules, jennets, asses or sheep, shall be allowed to run at large in any street, alley or common within the corporate limits of this Village at any time in the year, unless in charge of the owner of such stock, or his servants, and then only as is necessary in driving the same to and from the pasture, to market or any necessary removal from place to place.
