Skidmore, Missouri Letters to Santa, 1908 – Part 4

We’re sure Santa knew about them nonetheless. From the December 24, 1908 Skidmore New Era (Skidmore, Missouri):

The following letters to Santa Claus were mislaid in some way, and did not reach The New Era office until last Monday noon, but Santa will get them in time anyway.

Skidmore, Mo., Dec. 1, 198. Dear Santa Claus North Pole: Please bring me a doll-buggy and a story book. That is all I want. Good by Doloro Holt.

Skidmore, Mo., Dec. 1, 1908. Dear Santa Claus North Pole. Please bring me a foot ball, a knife some candy and nuts. Good by Forest Strickler.

Skidmore, Mo., dec. 1, 1908. Dear Santa Claus North Pole. Please bring me a ball, a bat and a foot ball. Be sure to remember papa and mamma and my little brothers. Good by Willie Bagby.
