Death of Miss Mary Mitchell.
A telegram was received last Thursday by David Mitchell, stating that his younger sister, Miss Mary Mitchell of Stanton, Colo., passed away on Wednesday. Miss Mitchell was a former resident of Skidmore, but had made her home for almost thirty years with her sister, Mrs. A. J. Brown, in Colorado. She had visited here from time to time, the last visit being in the summer of 1919, when she spent something over two months here helping care for her brother, David.

No further word has been received, and no particulars are known. Miss Mitchell suffered an attack of the flu more than a year ago, since when she had not been strong. Word was received this past winter that she had had a stroke of paralysis, but the last word previous to the announcement of her death was to the effect that she was able to be about, and was feeling well.
