Water Mains All Laid.
The work of installing the water works has made rapid progress to date. The laying of the water mains will be completed today.
The storage tank and the tower have not arrived, but the foundation is ready. The question of the location of the well has not been settled. Instructions were given that the test well, which is only 36 feet deep, should be put down to a depth of 40 feet; but this has not been done, and it may be necessary to dig the well at some other place.
