Select Teachers for Coming School Year.
Present Faculty Retained for High School
A few vacancies in Rural Schools.
The school board has been engaged recently in selecting teachers for the coming school year, and although they have received enough applications to supply several times the number of teachers needed, they have not selected all of the teachers yet. The present high school faculty, composed of Superintendent J. W. Pierce, Miss Snelling and Mrs. Wallace, was retained. Miss Lettie Rodman, Miss Maude Linville and Mrs. Pierce will have charge of the first three rooms here in town again. In the rural schools, there are still two or three vacancies, although the board has a number of applications for them now, which will be considered at the next meeting. Quite a number of applications were disposed of at the last meeting.
