A Birthday Party.
Mrs. Ray Pope entertained twenty-seven little girls at her home in St. Joseph Thursday, February 9, from three until five o’clock, in honor of the eighth birthday of her daughter, Naomi. Stories from fairy books were dramatized by the little girls, which provided very interesting entertainment, after which Mrs. Pope, assisted by Mr. Pope and Miss Daniels, served refreshments of pink and white ice cream, pink and white cake, and popcorn balls. The table was scented by a large pink cake with eight white candles.
Naomi received many pretty and useful presents.
