From the October 13, 1899 Skidmore Standard, page 5:

A very quiet wedding occurred in town at the residence of Elder Aber, last Sunday morning.  The contracting parties were Mr. Oris T. Karr, of Wray, Colorado, and Miss Lettie F. Goslee, of near Skidmore.

The young people were made man and wife at 10:30 o’clock, and attended the morning services at the Christian Church.

The bride is the only daughter of Job Goslee, one of the most prosperous farmers of the county, and has a large number of friends.  The groom was a resident of Nodaway county until recent years when he went to Colorado for his health, and engaged in farming near Wray; and it is there, he and his young wife will make their home.

We extend congratulations.
