Hanamo Improvements

Skidmore was an up-to-date place in 1901. ┬áNot so different, really – we have Google fiber, they had telephone wires. ┬áThis progress report appeared in the August 16, 1901 Standard on page 1:

Hanamo Improvements.

H. E. Ralston, with a force of men, has been working almost day and night on the Hanamo telephone line at this place this week and has made some very necessary improvements. They have placed a cable of 104 wires and a new connection board in the central office and have made quite a number of other improvements.

Owing to the improvements, they were compelled to make the following changes in the ‘phones:
