Hiked to Maitland.
Four members of the local hiking club, The Gypsy Hikers, walked to Maitland and back last Thursday. They arrived in Maitland about noon and started on the return trip at 2 o’clock. The time of their arrival here was not reported. Other members of the club, who did not feel equal to the round trip, went to meet them on the return trip.The four who made the round trip were Mrs. W. J. Skidmore, Mrs. Clyde Wright, Mrs. Frank Manchester and Mrs. Clyde Stevens.
