Text reads, “Try an assortment of our canned goods, same as last week, 10 cans $1.00. Champion Flour, every sack guaranteed or your money back (Saturday only), $1.40; Try some of our pickled pork, extra fine, per pound, $0.20; Lard, per pound, $0.16; Tall can salmon, per pound, $0.11; Calico, per yard, $0.06; Hope Muslin, per yard, $0.10; Lawn and Wash goods, ten to twenty-five cents; nice ginghams, ten cents per yard; Try our work shoes for men, $2.50 and $3.50. We also have a beautiful line of ladies’ Oxfords from $2.25 to $3.00. We always pay the top price for butter and eggs. Skidmore Mercantile Company.”
