Frank Wade Visits, 1921

Visits Here from Los Angeles.
Frank Wade, son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Wade, former Skidmore residents, visited here from Monday until this morning. Frank was born here, and lived here until nine years of age, when he went with his parents to the state of Washington, and later to Los Angeles, Calif. His father died several years ago, and his mother was remarried to John Smith of Mound City.

Mr. Wade is now an assistant director for the Charles Ray Production Co. at Los Angeles. He is one of the youngest directors in the motion picture business, being only 21 years of age. He is visiting his mother at Mound City, and came to Skidmore for a few days visit with some of his boyhood friends. He was entertained at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Walker.
